Experience:
Minimum 1 years of work experience in Nutrition program
Familiar with local language / candidate from Chittagong region will be preferable
Working experience with ACF / Refugee camp will be benefit.
Strong understanding and field level experience of Refugee camps and recommended implementation guideline.
Proven experience in team management, supervision, reporting, etc)
Objective 1: To ensure accurate registration and record-keeping of children under five and pregnant and lactating women (PLWs) attending the BSFP program, while maintaining consistent and secure beneficiary data. The role includes coordinating follow-up visits, supporting report compilation, and ensuring efficient documentation as per program requirements.
Accurately complete and maintain Nutrition Sector registers and beneficiary cards for BSFP (children and PLWs), ensuring all required information is recorded clearly and systematically, while asking caregivers questions as per the register’s requirements.
Oversee the accurate recording of measurements and beneficiary information, ensuring consistency between the register and beneficiary cards.
Facilitate linkages to other services, particularly the IYCF Corners, and actively encourage lactating mothers to utilize these services for enhanced feeding practices.
Ensure timely follow-up home visits for beneficiaries, coordinating with the outreach team, and maintaining thorough documentation of progress.
Deliver services efficiently and professionally, ensuring that all beneficiaries are treated with dignity and respect at all times.
Provide clear communication to caregivers about their child`s progress as recorded in the beneficiary cards, ensuring they fully understand the information.
Encourage caregivers to attend the site on the designated return dates, reminding them of upcoming visits as noted on the take-home cards.
Supervise volunteers assisting with the registration process, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
Foster a collaborative and supportive working culture within the team, promoting the sharing of information and knowledge to enhance team performance.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of monthly and weekly reports, capturing best practices and program outcomes.
Adhere to and comply with all organizational policies and procedures (including P4, finance, logistics, HR, and security management) in all aspects of program delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager or line manager, contributing to the overall success of the program..
Objective 2:Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity report.
Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary;
Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries;
Ensure the incorporation of PSEA and gender equity principles in all policies and activities;
Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
