Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in paddy/rice sourcing, feed/agri companies, or large-scale procurement operations
• Proven track record of leading sourcing or procurement teams
• Strong understanding of regional paddy markets, miller networks, and local value-chain dynamics
• Skilled in market expansion, vendor development, and cost optimization
• Advanced proficiency in operational reporting, Excel, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities
• Must be field-oriented, analytical, and result-driven
• Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in mill-level paddy purchases
• Professionals currently engaged in paddy purchasing on behalf of rice mills will receive special consideration

Agroshift Technologies Ltd. one of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing agri-tech supply chain companies, is expanding its Agri-Sourcing Division to strengthen paddy procurement operations across major sourcing belts. We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to lead regional sourcing operations and drive Agroshift’s next phase of growth.

Work Locations

We are hiring 3 Regional Sourcing Managers, one for North Bengal and one for South Bengal (Kushtia belt and adjoining zones).

Each selected candidate will lead sourcing operations within their respective region.

Only candidates based in these regions or willing to relocate will be considered.

North Bengal:

Naogaon • Bogra • Rajshahi • Natore • Joypurhat • Pabna • Dinajpur • Rangpur • Thakurgaon • Panchagarh • Nilphamari

South Bengal:

Kushtia • Sirajganj • Jhenaidah • Chuadanga • Meherpur

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paddy and rice sourcing operations across assigned zones

• Develop and expand new sourcing markets through active engagement with millers, traders, and farmer groups

• Build, train, and manage a team of field sourcing officers to achieve daily procurement targets (~10–15 trucks/day)

• Oversee price negotiation, supply planning, and timely delivery to mills and warehouses

• Analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and procurement performance data to guide regional strategy

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management

• Maintain strong relationships with rice mills, farmers, and traders to ensure a sustainable supply pipeline

• Collaborate closely with finance, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless execution

• Ensure full documentation, transparency, and compliance across all sourcing transactions

• Contribute to strategic decision-making to expand sourcing zones and optimize cost margins

Compensation (Based on Experience) Regional Sourcing Manager: ৳40,000 - ৳50,000 / month (Higher packages may be considered for exceptional candidates.)
