Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline.
∎ Preferably MBA in MKT/MGT from public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical experience in selling products.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Monitoring market activities.
∎ Preparing reports regarding sales of every working day.
∎ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
∎ Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
∎ Manage relationships and service quality & standards.
∎ Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
∎ Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following business area (s) Agro based feed Mills / poultry hatchery.
∎ 03 years’ experience in the same position.
∎ Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
∎ Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
∎ Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Organized, with effective time management skills.
