Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be knowledgeable about the Agro (Plant/Animal/Fisheries).
∎ Act as a bridge between company and its existing and potential customers.
∎ Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
∎ Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating outlet list regular basis.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the all business partner.
∎ Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion to the business.
∎ Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
∎ Set and maintain sales target goals.
∎ Keep up with current sales trends.
∎ Take care of customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Check the quantities of products on display and in stock
∎ Maintain proper sales documentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Skilled in verbal and written communication.
∎ Must have ability to guide a team successfully.
∎ Experience on trouble shooting.
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/ deadline.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.
∎ Willing to work all over in Bangladesh.
