Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline.
∎ Preferably MBA in MKT / MGT from public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish clear sales objectives for each team member of the region.
∎ Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional / area targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
∎ Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding sales team.
∎ Educating the sales team by providing training on sales techniques.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
∎ Ensure alignment with distributor and customer strategy and plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
∎ Continually monitor and track divisional / area sales performance.
∎ Making Monthly visiting/tour plan for all team members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members.
∎ Sale analysis: Value wise and Product Wise.
∎ Maintaining relationship with distributors/key business partners, appointment of distributors and settlement of claims.
∎ Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
∎ Reviewing divisional / area expenses and recommending improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting, Corporate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro (Plant/ Animal/ Fisheries)
∎ 03 years' experience in the same position.
∎ Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain a trusting customer relationship.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
∎ Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
∎ Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Organized, with effective time management skills.
