Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set sales and marketing plans → 3-year MTP (mid-term-plan) and 1-year operating plan).
∎ Lead Sales and Service operations, coming down 2-layers with demonstrable skill, confidence and results
∎ Build internal team capabilities and innovate/renovate processes and policies for operational excellence.
∎ Bring years of consumer and two wheeler sales, distribution, channel management, after sales service and marketing expertise, with end to end executions.
∎ Build the sales, distribution, marketing and service functions of the business from scratch.
∎ Build relationship with principal and gain business collaborations to enhance sales and profit.
∎ Participate with management in business plan to meet company goal.
