Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop detailed sales work plans. Monitor the implementation of these plans and aim to achieve pre-set sales targets.
∎ Direct and oversee all sales activities. Provide guidance and support to sales teams and ensure the sales team’s efforts align with the company’s strategic goals and sales targets.
∎ Promote sales by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, dealers, retailers, and other clients
∎ Assist in organizing and launching trade promotions to boost sales. Ensure the promotions are effectively communicated and executed.
∎ Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Use these forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
∎ Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities. Formulate responsive strategies to maintain competitive advantage and capitalize on market opportunities.
∎ Oversee and address product-related drawbacks and objections raised by dealers and retailers. Communicate these issues to the immediately to the high authorities for resolution.
∎ Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence and explore new business avenues.
