Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of new staff, induction of new staff in market
∎ Team Building and removing obstacles for growth
∎ Making monthly visiting plan for all members and implements it effectively by regular follow-up and discussions with team members
∎ Visit target customers to develop and sustain good rapport
∎ Product wise and value wise sales monitoring
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility.
∎ Ensuring Cash payment of products as per sale and targets
∎ Ensure Hospital Visit for Injectable product sales.
Salary: Negotiable
