Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementation of regional sales & marketing policies following the direction of HOD in order to achieve the sales and collection target.
∎ Analyzing regional market trends and initiating development plans through utilizing business opportunities to increase the market share.
∎ Forecasting Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly sales
∎ Formulate and implement efficient sales and business strategies for channel partners (Distributors & retailers).
∎ Monitoring marketing, create new distributor, brand outlet, retailer, collecting sales report, concerning the annual contestant and present report to higher authority.
∎ Leading Area sales Manager and Territory sales manager, Channel Sales Monitor for day-to-day activities and achieve the assigned target in assigned zone.
∎ Supervising the product delivery to the distributor as per company policy and procedure and ensure required logistics support accordingly.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and policy implementation for dealer/distributors/Channel Partners/clients as per company sales & distribution policy.
∎ Provide feedback and coordinate with Service team to ensure customer service.
∎ Suggest for improvement initiatives in improving service and product development in an aim to bring product competitiveness in the market.
∎ Ensure effective and regular sales and product training to all team members.
∎ Providing monthly report on sales, collection and detail status of channel partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 8 to 10 Years Experience in relevant Field
∎ Communication Skill
∎ Presentable
∎ Analytical ability
