∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in any Field. MBA in Marketing in preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sales & marketing plan to achieve sales, collection and profitability target in the particular region/area;
∎ Take initiatives to find new place for establishing plaza & dealer to increase sales
∎ Frequently visit plaza and dealer point to monitor sales and other activity
∎ Take initiatives to ensure profitability of all plaza under the respective regions
∎ Prepare sales budget
∎ Achieve channel wise sales target (cash, hire, dealer & corporate);
∎ Achieve hire sales and dealer collection target
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report of sales to achieve predetermined target;
∎ Prepare and submit monthly tour plan and tour observation report
∎ Ensure locally promotional and branding activity
∎ Perform Competitor strengths and weaknesses analysis
∎ Ensure availability of product, develop salesmanship and provide training for plaza staff
∎ Special responsibility is to take care of poor performer at plaza level
∎ Lead people and monitor overall activities to ensure compliance in all activities in the region;
∎ Cash book verification/checking;
∎ Bill voucher check of concern plaza
∎ Plaza stock monitoring
∎ Plaza document verification;
∎ Ensure plaza merchandising
∎ Plaza expenses analysis
∎ Taking effective steps to deal with audit findings
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Quick learner and a team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to finish tasks within deadline
∎ Willing to Travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to work in field and able to cope up with extreme work pressure
∎ Experience in relevant field is preferred
