TULIP is urgently looking for a Self-motivated, Proactive, Goal Oriented, Dynamic Candidate for the post of Regional Sales Manager.
Responsible for developing and implementing aggressive sales plans for a particular division.
Ensure effective monitoring of progress toward meeting the plan’s requirements, including the individual representative contribution.
Increased sales volume through sales efforts and by assisting Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and Sales Officer (SO).
Responsible for effectively penetrating existing clients within the territory to develop a deeper understanding of their business and identify opportunities that best suit their business needs.
To support the development and implementation of activities and initiatives outlined in the sales plans within the territory.
To actively participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to develop, share, and improve knowledge of the estate, team, and products.
Encourage and demonstrate a positive relationship with customers and colleagues.
To be fully conversant with all FMCG Industries products and services to give potential and existing customers accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
Responsible for monitoring competitor and potential competitor products and services and communicating such matters to the senior management team.
