Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Planning
∎ Ensure availability and visibility through sales distribution
∎ Coverage and channel and alternate RTM development
∎ Distributor management
∎ Team Management and Capacity building
∎ New Dealer Setup Plan
∎ Relationship Management with key customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, and communication skills in verbal and written English.
∎ Able to work under pressure independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, result oriented, target driven and able to work in a fluid and fast moving environment.
∎ 5-7 years working experience in FMCG companies.
