∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry will be given high preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dairy, Fisheries, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Develop regional Sales plan of animal healthcare products of the Company to increase market share.
∎ Achieve region wise sales and collection target.
∎ Manage a big sales team by extensive touring all over the region.
∎ Initiate rapid business growth and build brand image of the company.
∎ Visit veterinary and Aqua doctors, chemists, dealers, Govt. Officials, veterinary hospitals to explore business prospects.
∎ Develop and execute appropriate promotional plans and strategies to create demand of the products.
∎ Create and maintain long-term business relationship with clients to maximize business growth and opportunities.
∎ Formulate sales strategy and action plan of the region.
∎ Carry out sales analysis, business analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis to increase market share.
∎ Provide feedback regarding updates on market situation and business opportunities to the management.
∎ Solve all kinds of sales/collection related issues independently within the team.
∎ Drive the sales team on a daily basis to achieve target within deadline.
∎ Conduct training regarding product knowledge
∎ Submit Daily Sales activity report to the Management.
∎ Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Monitor, Motivate & inspire the sales team to meet the target.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Identify market gaps & take necessary actions.
∎ Prepare and produce reports as required by management.
∎ Understand the vision of the Company and successfully implement positive changes to support innovation and drive continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This position is completely target-oriented and have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales and collection target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Must be able to perform under pressure and within deadline.
∎ Must be willing to work in mentioned areas.
