Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Regional Sales Manager who has experience in the Steel area. Candidate should have at least 2 to 5 years (2 years experiences in the same position will get preference) of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ SIB Ispat Ltd. is currently looking for some committed professionals for this above mentioned position.
∎ Candidates who don`t have previously worked in Rod/Steels don`t need to apply here.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Reaching out to new Dealer / Agents / Retailer
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Good behavioral attitude.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Computer knowledge is the must.
∎ Maintain all the rules and conditions given by the authority.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-5 years (Candidates who have experiences minimum 2 years in the same position will get preference)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Rod & steel industry
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
