Responsibilities & Context:
Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service.
Monitor customer preferences to identify sales priorities.
Direct and coordinate activities involving the sale of manufactured products and services or other items.
Review operational records and report to the sales head on sales targets and profitability.
Advise dealers and distributors on policies and procedures to ensure business effectiveness.
Maintain communication with dealers and consumers to support primary and secondary sales.
Ensure proper monitoring of juniors to meet sales targets.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors. the superior.
