∎ We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who has minimum 8 (Eight) years working experiences in the Door & Board industry.
∎ Product to work with: a) WPC Door b) WPC Board/Sheet c) WPC Timber Tube/Louver d) WPC Deck
∎ Areas of work: 5 Division as listed below - a) Sylhet b) Mymensingh c) Chittagong d) Barishal e) Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, Monitor & Coordinate a team of Area Sales Managers & Territory Sales Executives.
∎ Prepare & Assign Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target to divisional sales team.
∎ Achieving the primary & secondary sales target through dealers, corporate & direct sales.
∎ Fixing product wise sales target & achieving monthly sales target.
∎ Executing all promotional & trade marketing offers/programs in the region.
∎ Identifying & analyzing regional sales trend and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Identifying and solving distribution, after sales related problems & ensuring smooth sales operation.
∎ Monitor and report on Retail & Wholesale sales activities regularly and follow up the same necessary measures.
∎ Monitor competitors pricing, offer/programs and market conditions.
∎ Fostering a performance culture among team members.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience & understanding of working in different regions of the country.
∎ Must be a proven leader.
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ Must have experience of working as Divisional Sales Manager in more than one (1) Division.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales commission: Very Attractive

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
