Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically tailored for the soft drinks/beverage market.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth distribution and brand visibility.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities at the field level.
