Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team who will be responsible for looking after Cements Mills Sales & Marketing Site.
∎ Our company is recruiting some experienced manpower for business expansion in South to North Bangladesh. who will be interest this area he will be get preference.
∎ Job location : Jashore & Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Determine and create demand and ensure sell according to targets
∎ Growth strategies of regions and zones. Work with individual regions in the area and work out an action plan for growth strategies of the company.
∎ Plan to increase sales with less promotion and trade offer, which will give very good company net profit.
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives and Area Manager to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
∎ Make a Monthly Review Meeting Report (MRM) and give a presentation to Chairman, MD, Director and Head of Sales. Here presents all related department person (Sales team, Marketing Department, Sales admin, etc.)
∎ To lead a team in a structured, effective and accountable manner.
∎ To maintain & follow up all types of sales and marketing related activities as daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Make a sales & marketing plan for respective area and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
∎ Frequently visit Dealer place, retailer shop and check sales process with given necessary guidelines after that make an improvement plan.
∎ To ensure the appointment of Dealers, Retailers, Contractors and Supply of cement as per the rules of the company for the purpose of coverage of each Market in the Designated Region
∎ To generate visits and create demand at the level of Engineer, Mason to increase sales.
∎ To track the activities of competing companies in specific Regions and provide feedback on your own Brands Marketing activities and monitor ongoing activities.
∎ Ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants who all have Cement Industry background will be given preference.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge and skill about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Must have minimum 03 year experience in Cement industry sales and marketing as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
