Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute aggressive, goal-driven sales strategies for the assigned region, aligned with overall business objectives and tailored to the dairy sector.
∎ Lead and monitor the performance of regional sales teams, ensuring all members consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and overall team sales targets.
∎ Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening the company’s presence across the territory.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable dairy product solutions.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure the smooth execution of regional sales initiatives and product rollouts.
∎ Participate actively in ongoing training, market visits, and strategic planning sessions to stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
∎ Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, team collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of all FMCG Industries, Powder Milk and UHT Milk product lines, enabling the delivery of accurate, persuasive, and timely information to clients and stakeholders.
∎ Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitor movements; analyze and report findings with strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during client meetings, distributor engagements, trade shows, and other industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
