Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the strategic growth roadmap to achieve the sales objective while considering current market trends, consumer behavior, and the annual business plan.
∎ Lead and managed the regional sales team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals, including preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the daily activities of the sales team as per pre-scheduled visits to ensure effective field performance.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies for increasing market share.
∎ Reduce market returns while optimizing cost-efficiency for regional operations.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
∎ Explore new markets and channels by leveraging market intelligence reports and conducting market visits.
∎ Evaluate team performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and initiate training or corrective measures as needed
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
