Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook Pages
Proven ability to create, edit, and publish short-form video content (15–60 seconds)
Proficiency in video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar
Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trending audio, and content hooks
Familiarity with Reddit communities and rules-based community engagement
Good written communication skills in English for captions, posts, and replies
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setupBasic knowledge of analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio

Our flagship app uses AI to transform pet photos into festive images for celebrations such as Eid, Christmas, Halloween, Diwali, and more. Currently in internal testing on Android and iOS, we are preparing for launch and international growth. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Marketing Executive to help drive organic user acquisition and build brand awareness.
Create and publish engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) showing AI pet portrait transformations
Manage and grow the company's TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and Facebook accounts on a consistent schedule
Research and follow current video trends, sounds, filters, and challenges to maximize organic reach
Engage authentically with pet-lover communities on Reddit (r/aww, r/cats, r/dogs, r/pets and others) in accordance with subreddit rules
Write creative captions, post copy, and community replies in English
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to upcoming festivals and holidays
Monitor page comments, DMs, and mentions; respond to followers and build community
Track weekly performance metrics (views, reach, follower growth, app installs) and share a concise report
Coordinate with the app team to time content around new feature launches and seasonal campaigns
Source or create still graphic assets (using Canva or similar) for feed posts and Story templates
