Job Nature: Full-time (Office-based / Field coordination as required)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed cases.
Provide end-to-end support for medical travel arrangements.
Manage visa processing, documentation, and embassy coordination.
Communicate with international hospitals and coordinate appointments.
Guide patients regarding treatment options, cost estimation, and travel planning.
Ensure smooth coordination between patient, hospital, and travel process.
Maintain proper CRM records and follow-up system.
Provide emotional and professional support to patients and families.
