Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of medical tourism industry.

  • Hands-on experience in visa processing (Thailand, India, Indonesia, China preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills (Bangla & English).

  • Strong negotiation and client handling ability.

  • Knowledge of international hospital systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage sensitive health-related cases with empathy.

  • Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability.

CARE AVENUE is a fast-growing international medical tourism support company connecting patients from Bangladesh with leading hospitals across Thailand, India, China, Turkey and other medically advanced destinations.

We are expanding our team and looking for a highly skilled, responsible, and patient-focused professional.

Job Nature: Full-time (Office-based / Field coordination as required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed cases.

  • Provide end-to-end support for medical travel arrangements.

  • Manage visa processing, documentation, and embassy coordination.

  • Communicate with international hospitals and coordinate appointments.

  • Guide patients regarding treatment options, cost estimation, and travel planning.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between patient, hospital, and travel process.

  • Maintain proper CRM records and follow-up system.

  • Provide emotional and professional support to patients and families.
