Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, direct and control sales staff to meet objectives.
∎ Lead & monitor all sales & service channels of regions attaining the required standard and regular market visits to ensure that teams are visiting markets regularly as per the yearly plan.
∎ Responsible for driving the regional business plan to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly acquisition and revenue targets.
∎ Drive channel performance and determine regional strategy to achieve assigned targets by analyzing competition's strength and taking immediate & effective measures.
∎ Developing the most well trained, professional sales force possible.
∎ Offer Sales staff the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
∎ Identify distribution gap of assigned region and build sustainable trade relationship with channel partners to establish control over trade.
∎ Promote different activities for Retailer's & Consumer's throughout the year to increase Market Share.
∎ Ensure product availability through channel partners and even distribution
∎ Understand departmental financial data to determine the department.
∎ Review financial data that affects department's profit centers.
∎ Making every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits.
∎ Liaison with central team for business development, running sales promotions, drive different development projects, identify and then minimize activity gaps

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fintech Industry or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is added advantage
∎ Apply only if you have experience in regional sales operation as TM/TO, ASM/ZSM, RSM
∎ At least 3 years experience as ASM or 1 Year experience as RSM
∎ Proven track record in managing and directing results-oriented sales force
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
∎ Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
∎ Good command in Microsoft office Package

Salary: Negotiable
