Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate.
∎ Bachelor/ Master's Degree preferably in business related discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
∎ To be responsible for entire activities of the assigned Region
∎ Supervising and organizing team members in a planned manner
∎ Responsible for the Team's Sales & collection Target
∎ Establishing and maintaining dealer or distribution network by own
∎ Responsible for realizing the sales collection and taking initiatives to expedite the procedure
∎ Generating sales volume from the existing and creating new customers
∎ Critical situation handling and tactical strategy implementation to close deals with prospects
∎ Initiate and conduct training for team members to improve their skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 10 years experience in similar position, preferably in Mobile Phone or consumer electronics (e.g. Audio/ Video (TV, DVD) System/ Kitchen Appliance Company) or any FMCG products
∎ Demonstrated experience with developing, maintaining, and growing new and existing channel relationships.
