Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage sales team, provide guidance and ensure to achieve mobile accessories sales target.
∎ Develop and executes sales strategies and business plans.
∎ Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and retail partners and work with service team.
∎ Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
∎ SYMPHONY mobile Accessories is looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow its business in the assigned region. The RSM will manage the sales team, expand the dealer network, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
