∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create and implement regional sales plans.
∎ Meet with dealers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Ensure Area/Territory sales target and evaluate agent & dealer performance.
∎ Set up new distributors and monitor existing distributors.
∎ Plan for the achievement of individual and area targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
∎ Monitor Area/territory sales manager.
∎ Building and maintaining relation with key dealers and identifying new dealer opportunities.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Monitor and reduce market credit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Competitor analysis, Dealer Management, Dealer development, energetic and proactive nature.
∎ Candidates with at least 5-7 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales with at least 4 years of experience in similar position in the relevant industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel is required.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
Salary: Negotiable
