∎ Established in 1968, NOAH Group is the oldest cookware manufacturer in Bangladesh. Our product include Nonstick Cookwares, Pressure Cookers, Rice Cooker, Blenders, Mixer Grinders, Gas Stove, Electric Cookers, Electric Oven, Stainless Steel utensils and other kitchenware & home appliances. We take personal interest in the quality of our products and understanding of customers’ requirements due to this the organization has been able to maintain its distinct identity. NOAH cookware is also exporting its cookwares to many countries across the world.
∎ We are looking for a GM/ Head of Sales for our Noah Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. to develop & increase sales of Home appliances and kitchenware. The person in this position is also responsible for expanding market area coverage, branding, promotion, improve products line, increase geographical sales & distribution chain. He will directly lead and develop the entire sales force across the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and modernize the overall sales and marketing department
∎ Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top-line and bottom-line.
∎ Plan marketing, advertising and promotional activities and monitor productivity.
∎ Work with AGM and Regional sales team to develop marketing communications strategies & action plans to meet revenue & margin goals.
∎ Identify new markets for expanding.
∎ Coordinate with factories to oversee product availability and inventory management as per the sales plans.
∎ Proactive knowledge on New Product Launch - using Marketing Channels to create qualitative and quantitative value for the Brand.
∎ Ensure the Sales Team is fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines for their own responsibilities/targets, and are provided with full support.
∎ Perform comprehensive market analysis and develop marketing strategies for new product categories.
∎ Define pricing strategy, trade schemes to drive sales and accomplishment of targets.
∎ Monitor & review sales performance to deliver objectives in terms of Sales, operating margins and market share.
∎ Meeting with marketing and sales team on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining a relationship, negotiation, and closing deals.
∎ Monitor and review regional sales performance and take necessary steps to sustain growth.
∎ Directly supervising AGM and Regional Sales Managers, monitoring the activities of them, Marketing & Sales, Distributors and providing regular feedback to management.
∎ Monitor and reduce market credit.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Countrywide sales management, Competitor analysis, energetic and proactive nature.
∎ At least 10 year(s) experience of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 7 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant industry will get preference.

∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
