Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
∎ Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
∎ Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs.
∎ Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
∎ Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area/ territory sales manager; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
∎ Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
