Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze / formulate monthly target & give effort to achieve in full.
∎ Responsible for Sales target achievement for the selected region.
∎ Responsible for proper utilization of manpower under his control, regarding works, administration
∎ Analyze / formulate monthly target & give effort to achieve in full.
∎ Submit market analyze report & achievement plan to the management office each month.
∎ Visit Sales area regularly by term; explore new dealers & distributors as per program submitted
∎ Prepare and submit plan & policies to develop market brand
∎ Monitor competitor's activities in order to take advantage of the market share.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction
