Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Graduate / Masters from any reputed University (BSc. / MSc. will get preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a sales team to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target of the assigned region.
∎ Supervise, coach and develop the Area Managers to ensure successful implementation of company policies and strategies.
∎ Identify and garb the new business opportunities in the assigned region.
∎ Organize the clinical meetings as per plan.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with the Key Opinion Leaders of the assigned region.
∎ Analyze the regional performance on a regular basis, take corrective actions and submit report to the concerned line manager accordingly.
∎ Coordinate with distribution department to ensure an efficient distribution network.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 2-3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager at any reputed Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Capable to lead a team of the company and ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English.
