∎ Implement appropriate operational sales strategy to achieve nationwide monthly primary and secondary sales target (Crackers, Wafers and Biscuits).
∎ Set directions and lead sales team (ASM, MTO/TSE) to executive sales strategies.
∎ Ensure sales growth of Crackers, Wafers and Biscuits and explore untapped market.
∎ Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain professional relationship.
∎ Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market environment and competitions.
