Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ · Drive sales forces operation and motivate them to achieve sales target on periodic basis.
∎ · Set up and split target for Distributor & Company sales force (Zonal Sales Manager to Sales Officer).
∎ · Coordinating closely with distribution and marketing department to prepared better business plan.
∎ · Evaluating managing, training and motivation the sales force ensure working environment and generating new marketing idea.
∎ · Assigning and developing distributor in the Division. Developing and maintains positive relation with existing and prospective distributors.
∎ · Team management, territory management, ensuring numeric distribution in the Area.
∎ · Research industry trends, competitors' movement etc. as necessary.
∎ · Daily analytical reports of own assigned region's sales.
∎ · Provide periodic sales related report to management.
∎ · Engage in company's brand building activities.
