We are hiring an ambitious individual in the role of Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager/ Territory to join with us who want to take the challenge of feed marketing.
  • Must have to have the capacity to recruit the new dealers and depots in the respective area.
  • Establish sales targets for the designated area and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.
  • Set daily, weekly & monthly target of sales force.
  • Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.
  • Ensure jobs training new and weak SO for helping to achieve target.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.
  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
  • Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales
