Responsibilities & Context:
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
- Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
- Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
- To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
- Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
- Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
- Visit dealer point regularly.
