Candidate will be responsible for identifying efficient strategies for sales & market development, such as -Appointments of ideal dealers and distributors.
Effectively guide field staff and sales personnel for market development and achieving sales targets.
Coordinate and correspond with regulatory departments and its personnel.
Plan market seminars and events to increase interaction with company’s dealers and farmers.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for consumer goods.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, expand our distribution network, and establish partnerships to increase market reach.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and maximize performance.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
