Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities of Sales Representatives and Distributors.
∎ Ensure day to day troubleshooting of the market along with sales representatives.
∎ Ensure 100% realization of the receivables / credit of primary sales on time.
∎ Prepare and keep updated party list of the territory.
∎ Prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
∎ Train the Sales Officers (SO) for improving their product knowledge and professional skill.
∎ The main role of this position holder is to have the capability to establish and execute a sales goal for the area and generate revenue.
∎ Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement the monthly sales target through comprehensive drive.
∎ Prepare weekly action plans and perform accordingly as per plan and update the management.
∎ Creating Dealers, Distributors, sales partners, local market retailers establishing with target achieving methodology.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by regular visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to the management.
∎ Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
∎ Assisting sales personnel for improving their product knowledge and professional skill.
∎ Ensure necessary communication upward (management) and downward (Sales Officer/ Distributor/Dealer/ Key Retails).
∎ Ensure the implementation of the company policy in the market place.

∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ 8 to 10 year(s) For Regional Sales Manager
∎ 5 to 8 year(s) For Area Sales Manager
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lightning & Electrical Industry
∎ In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
∎ Experience in Light/ Electrical Accessories/ Fan/ Tissue sales will get preference.In depth knowledge about sales, distributorship, dealership, product replacement, customer service, outlet route & territory.
Salary:
∎ For Regional Sales Manager 70k-100K (Neogotiable)
For Area Sales Manager 45k-60K (Neogotiable)
