Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a RSM role.

  • Strong exposure to distributor-led sales, regional market expansion and multi-zone management.

  • Prior experience in light engineering, electrical products, FMCG, building materials or industrial sales within Bangladesh is preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and control regional sales operations to achieve revenue, volume, distribution and profitability targets.

  • Translate divisional sales strategies into region-specific execution plans considering market heterogeneity.

  • Supervise, guide and performance-manage Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs) across assigned zones.

  • Drive distributor capability, compliance and sustainability within the region.

  • Ensure effective secondary sales execution through disciplined SR deployment and coverage.

  • Monitor regional KPIs including sales growth, outlet expansion, collection efficiency and inventory health.

  • Ensure pricing discipline, trade scheme compliance and channel governance.

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Lead regional forecasting, budgeting inputs and demand planning accuracy.

  • Identify regional growth opportunities, white spaces and competitive threats.

  • Review market intelligence and recommend strategic adjustments to the DSM.

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, ethical sales standards and internal controls.

  • Represent the company in regional trade forums, distributor councils and key customer engagements.
