Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategy and create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Responsible for implementation of regional sales & marketing policies following the direction of HOD.
∎ Create new dealer, distributor, brand outlet, retailer & collecting sales report concerning the annual contestant and present report to higher authority.
∎ Building strong relationships with business partners in the region.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and policy implementation for dealer, distributors, channel partners, clients.
∎ Conduct market survey to analyzing regional market trends and initiating development plans through utilizing business opportunities to increase the market share.
∎ DSR monitoring, route planning and execution.
∎ Provide feedback and coordinate with Service team to ensure customer service.
∎ Prepare necessary reports.
∎ Lead organizational sales campaigns.
∎ Lead and train the entire team of the region.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have updated knowledge about Mobile industry, competitors' performance and other information
∎ Must have concrete plan to develop sales performance in assigned area.
∎ Must have ability to set up strong distribution network as per market and company requirements
∎ Must need to be efficient in credit management to get maximum output from distributors for the company.
