Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any discipline but Bachelor/ Masters from reputed public & Private Universities in business disciplines will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
beverage, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Sales Target both quantity and value (Both Primary & Secondary)
∎ Ensure the optimum mobility of field sales force, trouble shooting and remove discrepancies in field sales operation.
∎ Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list.
∎ Visit and ensure the productivity of the respective area.
∎ Assist line manager in day-to-day field sales operational management.
∎ Monitor day to day sales, stock management and cash management under his division.
∎ Make frequent tours to understand and analyze market situation and report to departmental head.
∎ Develop and maintain relationship with business, social and other organizations of mutual interest and benefit (specially for promotional program)
∎ Organize, coordinate and ensure logistic supports towards the field sales force properly
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities both trade and consumer.
∎ Manage Distributors and handle depot as per company rules
∎ Keep proper inventory and ensure the availability of products in selling points.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in FMCG, Tea, Food & Beverage industries.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong team spirit and common sense.
∎ Self-confident and presentable.
∎ Proactive & self-organized with Strong enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long term career
∎ Good command over written and spoken English and Bangla to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position in any reputed MNC/ FMCG company.
∎ Should be passionate and commitment to promote organizational values.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive salary and benefits as per company policy
