Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify set priorities(KPI) & objective for Area Managers
∎ To analyze field level data, allocate manpower and define optimal coverage of HCP/Institutions at the regional level in line with geography, demography, potentiality of contacts, Competition activities and call frequency in consultation/active interaction with the Area Managers.
∎ To plan and allocate resources and people to maximize demand generation through prescription based support.
∎ To co-ordinate with the AMMs and ensure adequate and appropriate communication and measures are put in place to ensure highest level market hygiene and freshness of all Baby Nutrition products ( with the support of the Sales Team)
∎ To build highest level relationship with selected Key Opinion Leaders
∎ To plan, allocate, control and evaluate/analyze investment budget/promotional tools to be in line with the annual objective/demand target
∎ To maintain an up to date and accurate database of contacts/institutions/EPIs along with market intelligence (competition, Infant feeding practices, changes in market dynamics etc).
∎ To ensure highest quality and consistency standards in the scientific activities conducted in the respective territory with the medical fraternity.
∎ To assist AMMs in the organizing monthly meetings to plan and formulate strategies for the cycle, communication objectives briefing and training of skills. Reviewing progress of execution of strategies and planning changes wherever required to achieve the objectives.
∎ Coach the coach sessions to improve the coaching ability of Line managers (AMMs).
∎ Build a strong team to work towards achieving the Company's Vision of maximizing demand generation within the guidelines of local CODE
∎ 100% Compliance with WHO/National Code and Company Instruction, policies and guidelines by the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 year(s) plus Regional Manager Level experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Baby Food / Pharmaceuticals / Manufacturing (FMCG) Industry.
