Responsibilities:

• Meet sales targets as set by the company.
• Orders collection from shop owners, departmental stores, pharmacists, and other point-of-sale (POS) locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, pharmacists, and other POS owners to ensure ongoing business and customer loyalty.
• Ensure that products are prominently displayed in shops, pharmacies, and POS locations for maximum visibility and sales.
• Maintain the FIFO (First In, First Out) system in the trade to ensure product freshness and minimize waste due to expiry.
• Monitor competitors' activities, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches, and regularly report findings to the supervisor.
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates to effectively convey this information as needed.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly update the supervisor with sales reports, customer feedback, and any issues encountered in the field.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
