Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle all training & coaching for a big Medical Marketing Team
∎ Identify the training needs across the organization & execute
∎ To assist in performing effective training, identifying the gap through market & outlet visits for surveys and feedback.
∎ Ensure all induction training for all new joiner
∎ Conduct yearly appraisal
∎ Manage training budget
∎ Prepare the succession plan function wise
∎ Produce training materials
∎ Arrange Train the Trainer program
∎ Ensuring change management
∎ Ensure coaching to those who need development
∎ Having understanding of e learning
∎ Research new Technologies & Methodologies in workplace learning
∎ Having mentality to travel at least 60% of work
∎ Assist to execute any plan from Business Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel & Power-point. Must know Bangla & English typing.
∎ Good team player. Pro-active and excellent communication skills.
∎ Sense of responsibility & urgency.
∎ Hard working & polite in behavior.
∎ Smart in conversation with others.
∎ 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
∎ Have experience in Pharma Industry will be given preference.
