Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead a merchandising team regionally
- Field force recruitment
- Train and develop field force to ensure better productivity
- Field Force HR Data collection & Preservation
- Follow up field force daily merchandising activities
- Resolve any issues arising from market as per requirement.
- Ensure category wise POSM placement in every bKash outlets
- Campaign POSMs placement
- Visit Distribution house & market to ensure the smooth trade merchandising operations on field.
- Alignment with RST
Reporting
- Prepare field force KPI based report to ensure better performance
- Prepare Daily & weekly performance report for RST
- Update field force basic information weekly basis.
- Field force Salary calculation.
Tracking and monitoring
- Field force daily attendance tracking in portal.
- Conversation with poor performer.
- Courier tracking
- Execution pictures tracking from portal.
