Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA with major in Marketing/B.Sc (Hons) or MS in Agricultural Science from any Public or private university. Candidates the other academic subjects having good experience in the related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed organization having countrywide sales network may also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Area/ Territory Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Dealer Management, Planning and monitoring, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of Area/Regional Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same.
∎ Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the sales staff and officers under the Region towards achieving of Regional target.
∎ Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Annual Performance Evaluation of the subordinate
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive with good command in English language for reporting.
∎ Good relation and Liaison with Agriculture/DAE officials at District and Upazila level
∎ Computer literacy in all MS Office applications is Mandatory.
∎ Motor Cycle driving having License from BRTA
∎ To perform Extensive tour program to Upazila level within the respective Regional territory.

Salary: Negotiable
