Job Context:

A Regional Manager (RM)- Sales will report to Wing Manager and will be held responsible for appointing distributor, monitor all sales activities to ensure the visibility of products in the outlets.
∎ The suitability of the interested ones will be determined by the extent to which he has illuminated his sales career upon the selling of products like Biscuits & Noodles/ Water/ Beverage/ Snacks items/ Edible Oil/ Tea/ Spices/ Condensed Milk/ Milk-Powder/ Sugar/ Salt/ Atta/ Moida/ Sujee.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Territory Manager (TM)/ Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to guide and supervise them to ensure that the respective TM/ TSO and his team are on the right track to achieve the set KPIs.
∎ Make sure that the Territory Manager (TM)/ Territory Sales Officer (TSO) under his region is doing "work-with" along with the Sales Representative (SR) to boost up market coverage.
∎ Source and appoint distributors against the vacant distribution point within his region.
∎ Monitor daily activities of all Territory Manager (TM)/ Territory Sales Officer (TSO) and Sales Representative (SR).
∎ Ensure daily as well as weekly and monthly primary lifting.
∎ Achieve weekly and monthly product-wise secondary sales targets.
∎ Ensure outlet coverage, product availability, and product visibility in every outlet.
∎ Ensure daily target memo and average sales per memo of every Sales Representative (SR).
∎ Proactively monitor and maximize the outlet-coverage through ensuring the physical presence in respective regional markets
∎ Visit outlets for increasing product visibility and distributors' warehouses as the part of damage management process.
∎ Achieve short and long-term sales targets of the region.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Monitor product visibility in the outlets through merchandising activities.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and submit to the concerned authority regularly.
∎ Make every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
∎ Monitor distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors, and receive claim adjustment.
∎ Consult with the respective Wing Manager (WM) regarding the adjustment of damaged product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working.
∎ Candidates should have relevant work experience in FMCG Products.
∎ Experience on MS word, Excel, Power Point.
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.
