Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ Pharm/M. Pharm or Graduation in any discipline preferably in Marketing from any recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ This position is fully field based. Person having practical experience to work with doctors, healthcare professionals and institutions at district level may apply for this position.
∎ Job locations are as follows, Zone: Khulna, Chattogram, Rajshahi and Cumilla
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the sales team, people development and also able to arrange necessary sales and product trainings for the team.
∎ Monitoring team activities on daily basis, conducting weekly/monthly check-in meetings with team to implement and adjust strategies.
∎ Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and chambers to inform them about the facilities of Labaid Cancer Hospital and Super Speciality Center.
∎ Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
∎ Presenting Hospital services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to make purchases.
∎ Identifying customers' needs and recommending Hospital services that best fulfill those needs.
∎ Maintaining good working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
∎ Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
∎ Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in reputed Hospital / Diagnostic Center/ Pharmaceuticals companies.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
