Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be a DVM/B.Sc in AH/MSc/Bsc/MA. Educational qualification might be relaxed for extraordinary candidates with proven track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sales, collection and promotional activities as per company policy.
∎ Achieve sales target from his regional area.
∎ Monitor sales team to achieve target.
∎ Follow up daily sales and collection and report the Feed and chicks performance to the authority.
∎ Prepare market share report for feed and chicks.
∎ To visit dealers on regular basis to expand the business and maintain relationship with potential dealers, individual farms.
∎ Credit control and monitoring.
∎ Technical service to the customers as well as field forces.
∎ Organize technical seminar and group meeting for farmer in the assigned area.
∎ To able to work independently to achieve the target in the assigned area.
∎ High level of initiating & proactive attitude to work in a team environment.
∎ Committed and self motivated to work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 years in feed marketing.
∎ The applicant should have experience in feed marketing.
∎ Proficient and effective in communicating in both Bangla and English.
∎ Willing to travel anytime and anywhere in the country.
∎ Smart, confident and excellent communication skill.
∎ Viii) Willing to drive motor cycle.
