Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from reputed public/private university with sound academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit broiler, layer, cattle and fish farms dealers to promote feed sales.
∎ Collect sales order according to the company policy from the agents or client daily and ensure it to be done properly.
∎ Encourage agents to boost up product sales at the same time to increase collection flow.
∎ Establish regular customer visit and respond to customer complaints by providing corrective feedback.
∎ Always try to comply with company's policy, sales must be done smoothly and regularly avoiding any sorts of unwanted clarifications.
∎ Preparation of monthly tour plan and submitting to the superior.
∎ Ensure market share report updating regularly.
∎ Need to look into the positive sales growth of the products by monitoring regular sales and by preparing next day sales objective.
∎ Preparation of monthly reports as instructed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have experience of 1-2 years for the related post. Preference will be given if the candidate is of related field in Poultry Industry and willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
∎ Must be smart and efficient to work under a team.

∎ As per Company policy
