JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set effective strategy to achieve Prescription & Sales target.
Evaluate the performance of the team regularly, provide motivation & support them to increase productivity & achieve target.
Establish good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
Update on competitors` activities & implement effective strategy to gain maximum market share.
Report to the management as per prescribed format in a regular & timely fashion.
Presentation on Monthly & Quarterly Performance of the team with proposed strategy to achieve the target.
